盤(pán)閥是通過(guò)滑動(dòng)圓盤(pán)來(lái)實(shí)現開(kāi)關(guān)的一種快開(kāi)快關(guān)型閥門(mén)。 其設計專(zhuān)門(mén)針對帶有磨損、 沖蝕特性的物料， 它能在惡劣工況下連續長(cháng)期的正常工作。
A disc valve is a quick-opening and quick-closing type of valve that operates by sliding a fi xed disc to control the fl ow. Its design and door are aimed at the materials with wearing and eroding characteristics, and it can work continuously and normally for a long time under harsh working conditions.

閥桿密封的設計
閥桿和閥體的密封分高溫 G 型和低溫 P 型兩種，<200℃時(shí)使用 V 型 PTFE 環(huán)作為閥桿的填料，V 型 PTFE 可以減少較大溫差變化造成的外漏；≥200℃時(shí)使用石墨環(huán)和高碳盤(pán)根作為閥桿的填料并配以碟簧承載，以保證長(cháng)期密封。
Design of Valve Stem Seal
The sealing between valve stem and valve body comes in two types: high-temperature G-type and low-temperature P-type. If the temperature is <200 ° C, V-type PTFE rings are used as the stem packing to reduce the external leakage caused by signifi cant temperature diff erences. If the temperature is ≥200° C, graphite rings and high-carbon stem packing are used, along with disc springs for support, to ensure the long-term sealing.
